                • HL: Neoplastic Reed-Sternberg cells with mixed inflammatory cell mass
                • NHL: Multiple subtypes of B-cell, T-cell, or NK-cell lymphomas/leukemias
                  • Diffuse large B cell (DLBCL) most common (30%)
              • NHL of head and neck consists of 3 main forms
                • Nodal
                • Nonnodal lymphatic (Waldeyer's ring: Palatine and lingual tonsils and adenoids)
                • Extralymphatic (e.g., soft tissues, thyroid, sinuses)
