              • Peritoneal carcinomatosis: Diffuse spread of metastases throughout peritoneal cavity, most often from gastrointestinal or gynecologic malignancies
                • Most commonly from ovarian, gastric, colorectal, esophageal, pancreatic, appendiceal, gallbladder, or uterine cancer
                  • Rarely breast cancer, lung cancer, or melanoma
